TATA CRUCIBLE CAMPUS QUIZ 2018

14th edition of India’s largest and highest rated business quiz– the Tata Crucible, is being conducted across 38 cities in India. This is the campus edition of the quiz. The Tata group has been organizing the Tata Crucible Business Quiz, an exciting knowledge platform, annually for corporates and campus students, to ignite young minds to think out of the box and engage them in a highly enriching and enthralling battle of wits.

The 2018 edition of Tata Crucible Campus Quiz will continue to seek active participation from full time students of business schools, engineering and graduate colleges, including college students from all disciplines, across India. The 38 regional rounds are being held at: Chandigarh, Ghaziabad-Noida, Jaipur, Kozhikode, Kochi, Manipal, Indore, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Anand, Nagpur, Raipur, Guwahati, Shillong, Goa, Bengaluru, Salem, Visakhapatnam, Trichy, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Lucknow, Jammu, Dehradun, Jalandhar, Sonepat, Delhi, Coimbatore, Mysore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Varanasi, Patna, Jamshedpur, Ranchi and Kolkata. Zonal Final Rounds will be held back to back with the regional rounds in 5 of the cities. The winning team from each of the regional rounds will qualify for the Zonal Finals and top 2 Zonal teams from each zone, would take part in the National Finals to be held at Mumbai in April 2018.

Entry to the competition is free and any two bonafide full-time students from the same institution can form a team and any number of teams can participate from an institution.  (In addition to entering their personal details, participants are requested to bring to the venue the proof of being a full time bonafide student.)  Teams register online on our website www.tatacrucible.com.

Important Rules & Regulations: 

• Tata Crucible is a team event. Any two students of the same college/institution can form a team and participate.
• There is NO ENTRY FEE.
• Individual contestants will NOT be allowed to take part. Tata Crucible is a team event.
• Any number of teams from a college/institution can participate in the quiz.
• Competition is open to full-time students from all disciplines.
• The event is not open to junior college/foundation students lower than the undergraduate category.
• Team composition cannot change once the prelim has been taken.
• Teams can participate only from the city where the college/institution they represent is located.
• If a team is from a city where the event is not being held then the closest city (by geographic distance) would be the location of participation. Teams will be allowed to participate only in the respective locations identified for the purposes of zonal finals. This means that once a team wins from a particular city, they will automatically be eligible for participation in that zone only.
• All teams participating from the same college / Institution belonging to a city where the event is not being held, will be allowed to participate from one location only (nearest geographic location). Any change in locations is at the discretion of the organisers only.
• It is recommended that you register online at www.tatacrucible.com.
• All participants are required to carry valid photo ID of the institution along to the venue and produce the same on demand. Normal photo ids like PAN card, Voter Id, etc are not valid ids for the purposes of this quiz.
• The organisers retain the right to make any changes to the event, its format, date, rules and in any matter related to this event, at any time before or during the event.
• Organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any application to registration and / or entry to the event proceedings.
