Tata Crucible Corporate Quiz 2025: Stages and Timelines
Online Prelim Level 1
For the Online Prelims Round 1 of Tata Crucible Corporate Quiz 2025, the quiz will consist of 20 questions, each with a 30-second timer. Participants can take this round at their convenience starting any time after registering until Sunday, 9th March 2025. Please ensure you have good internet connectivity before logging in to the quiz portal.
Note: This is an eliminatory round, and 200 candidates from each cluster* will move forward to the Online Prelim Round 2. Please note that you only have one attempt at the round 1 prelim.
Online Prelim Level 2
For the Online Prelims Round 2 of Tata Crucible Corporate Quiz 2025, the quiz will consist of 30 questions, each with a 30-second timer. Please ensure you have good internet connectivity before logging in to the quiz portal. This round will be scheduled in a fixed time slot on the Saturday after the Results of Round 1 are announced.
Note: 12 candidates from each cluster will move forward to the Cluster Finals. Please note that you only have one attempt at the round 1 prelim. The test will begin at 5:00 PM and conclude at 5:15 PM. Any participant who has not completed the quiz by 5:15 PM will be automatically logged out, and their quiz will be auto-submitted.

Cluster Semi-Finals & Finals (On-Ground Events)
Following the online prelims, the competition moves to an on-stage format for the Cluster Semi-Finals and Finals, both of which will be conducted on the same day as ground events in 4 cities.
The country is divided into 12 clusters, with the Cluster Rounds being held as live, on-stage events, and on-ground events. Clusters are based on the location of work. Participants must specify their correct work location during the online registration process, as this will determine their cluster allocation. Failure to provide correct information during any stage of the process including Registration may lead to disqualification.
For the cluster semifinals, we split the 12 participants arbitrarily into 2 groups of 6 each and they battle it out amongst themselves and the top 3 scorers from each group advance to the Cluster Final, resulting in 6 participants for each Cluster Final. The Winner of the Cluster Final from each cluster advances to the National Semi-Finals.
National Semi-Finals & Finals (On-Ground Events)
The National Semi-Finals & Finals shall be conducted on the same day as an on-stage event, on-ground event.
The winners of the 12 Cluster Finals shall be organized into 2 groups of 6 participants each for the National Semi-Finals. The top 3 scorers from each group shall advance to the National Finals. From these final 6 participants, the top scorer in the National Finals will be crowned as the National Champion of the Tata Crucible Corporate Quiz 2025.

Eligibility:
- The quiz is open to all freshers and full-time bona fide working professionals nationwide, spanning various corporate entities, organizations, public or private sector enterprises, government departments or institutions, start-ups, and other professions.
- Participation in this competition is absolutely free of cost, and we encourage individual involvement rather than team participation to facilitate easy engagement in a virtual format.
- There is no limit to the number of individuals from an organization who can participate in the quiz.
Rewards:
- The champion of the National Finale will be awarded cash prize of Rs. 2.5 lakhs*, in addition to the coveted Tata Crucible Trophy.
- The national winner and runner-up will receive a Taj Holiday voucher worth Rs. 1 lakh*.
- At the cluster finals, winners will be awarded prizes of Rs. 35,000*, while runners-up will receive Rs. 18,000* each.
- The top 6 finalists who qualify for and compete in each of the 12 Cluster Final rounds will receive a certification* on Coursera (1 per person).
- Grand prize: Harvard Business School Online Certification for every Cluster Champion.
