Heads-up! Amazon is all set to host its first-ever Career Day in India on September 16, 2021, with an aim of hiring more than 8000 students through direct job openings across 35 cities.

Some of the cities are Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, and Surat. And the good news is that Amazon Career Day is open for all job seekers, professional fields, and backgrounds. Moreover, it doesn’t matter whether you are looking forward to working at Amazon or not)

The itinerary of Amazon Career Day 2021

The day will kickstart with a keynote from Amit Agarwal, Global Senior VP, and Country Head on Amazon India's growth story followed by a fireside chat with Amazon CEO Andy Jassy who will share his own career path and advice for job-seekers. 

The next in line will be a panel discussion on how Amazon is creating value and transforming lives which will again be followed by a fireside chat focusing on how one can land a job at Amazon or any other company. Another insightful panel discussion will be with the Aruna Daryanani, Senior Manager, Product & Technology, Amazon India; Venkatkrishna Rao, Head, Distribution & Business Planning, Amazon Prime Video; and Aditya Khanna, Customer Service Operations Manager, Amazon India on what it is like to work with Amazon! 

The last fireside chat will host another set of senior leaders from Amazon who will shed light on how Amazon is creating multiple job opportunities across India, including small cities.
