BEL Recruitment 2023 | Selection Process

If you qualify for the specific educational requirements and desired qualifications, you will be required to take a Written Test. Shortlisted candidates will then qualify for an interview.

Trainee Engineers will be initially shortlisted for a period of 2 years. Depending on their performance and the project’s requirement their tenure can be extended up to a maximum of 3 years (including the initial period).

Here is the year-wise salary structure for Trainee Engineers:

2nd year	INR 35,000
3rd year	INR 40,000

Similarly, Project Engineers will be initially shortlisted for a period of 3 years. Depending on their performance and the project’s requirement their tenure can be extended up to a maximum of 4 years (including the initial period).

Here is the year-wise salary structure for Project Engineers:
