To learn more about the managerial aspects, Pavan enrolled himself in a Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives at IIM A. His knowledge of accountancy helped him better understand business strategies. Eventually, his persistence and commitment to upskilling himself paid off. Pavan Sharma bagged the highest annual salary package of INR 75.2 lakh at IIM-Ahmedabad's domestic placements.
