Challenging Opportunity while working at Aditya Birla Group

After Garima Bihani, HR Leadership Associate joined UltraTech Cement, the company was involved in acquiring 9 big units of Jaypee Cement. During the 8 months long process, Garima was entrusted by the management to take the employees of Jaypee group under UltraTech and ABG roles. It was a mammoth task both in quantity and quality as she and her team were committed to giving the employees a fine experience.

She feels elated to share that ABG as a brand trusted her even being a young and inexperienced professional. Even though she made mistakes, however, she got to learn all the way. This entire acquisition experience has created a deep impression on her. This task was beyond any books or theory, eventually, it helped her to develop own style and strategies for handling challenges.
