A great opportunity for young graduates to work in one of the largest Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) - the Food Corporation of India (FCI). The Corporation is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Management Trainees under different departments. After the successful completion of the six months training period, the candidates shall be considered for absorption as Managers.

Details of FCI Management Trainee Recruitment 2022

FCI is recruiting management trainees for these departments - General,Depot, Movement, Accounts, Technical, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. The selection process will be consisting of Online Test, Interview and Training.

The consolidated stipend would be INR 40,000 per month. Once the six-month training period is over, the successful trainees will be promoted to Managers in the IDA pay scale of INR 40000 – 140000.

The posts are divided zone-wise into North, South, East, West, and North-East zones and the candidates need to select the preferred zone while applying for the post. Based on the zone, the candidate is liable to be posted in any State/Union Territory within the jurisdiction of that zone. (Although if needed, they can be posted anywhere in the country in the interest of FCI).

The jurisdiction of each zone is as follows:

North Zone	CHANDIGARH, DELHI, HARYANA, HIMACHAL PRADESH, JAMMU & KASHMIR, LADAKH, PUNJAB, RAJASTHAN, UTTARAKHAND, UTTAR PRADESH
South Zone	ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS, ANDHRA PRADESH, KARNATAKA, KERALA, TAMIL NADU, TELANGANA, LAKSHADWEEP, PUDUCHERRY
East Zone	BIHAR, JHARKHAND, ODISHA, SIKKIM, WEST BENGAL
West Zone	CHHATTISGARH, DADRA & NAGAR HAVELI, DAMAN & DIU, GUJARAT, GOA, MADHYA PRADESH, MAHARASHTRA
North-East Zone	ARUNACHAL PRADESH, ASSAM , MANIPUR, MIZORAM, MEGHALAYA, NAGALAND, TRIPURA

Eligibility for FCI Recruitment 2022

The upper age limit for the posts is 28 years. No mandatory experience level is prescribed for the seats in the official notification except for the Manager (Hindi) whose upper age limit is 35 years with mandatory 5 years of experience in terminological work in Hindi. The minimum education qualification required for the rest of the posts are as follows:

Manager (General)	Graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks; OR CA/ICWA/CS
Manager (Depot)	Graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks; OR CA/ICWA/CS
Manager (Movement)	Graduate degree or equivalent from a recognized University with a minimum 60% marks; OR CA/ICWA/CS
Manager (Accounts)	Associate Membership of a) The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or b) The Institute of Cost Accountants of India; or c)The Institute of Company Secretaries of India OR B.Com from a recognized University AND a) Post-Graduate Full-time MBA (Fin) Degree / Diploma of minimum 2 years recognized by UGC/AICTE; or (b) Post-Graduate Part-time MBA (Fin) Degree / Diploma (not in the nature of distance education) of minimum 3 years duration recognized by UGC/AICTE; or (c) Post Graduate MBA (Fin) Degree/Diploma by distance education mode recognized by UGC-AICTE- DEC Joint Committee.
Manager (Technical)	B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized University. OR B.Tech degree or B.E degree in Food Science from a recognized University/ an institution approved by the AICTE; OR B.Tech degree or B.E degree in Food Science & Technology or Food Technology or Food Processing Technology or Food Process Engineering or Food Processing or Food Preservation Technology from a recognized University/ an institution approved by the AICTE. OR B.Tech. degree or BE degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University/institution approved by the AICTE. OR B.Tech degree or B.E degree in Bio-Technology or Industrial BioTechnology or Bio-Chemical Engineering or Agricultural Bio-Technology from a recognized University/ an institution approved by the AICTE;
Manager (Civil Engineering)	Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent
Manager (Electrical Mechanical Engineering)	Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a Recognized University or equivalent.
Manager (Hindi)	Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree level. OR Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level. OR Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as a subject at the degree level. OR Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a subject at the degree level. OR Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi medium and English as a subject at the degree level. AND 5 years experience of terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa preferably of technical or scientific literature or Five years experience of teaching/research writing or journalism in Hindi.
