One of India’s leading business schools, the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi recently concluded its summer internship placement process for the MBA batch of 2022-24. Maintaining its consistent performance, the Institute successfully achieved the 100% placement mark yet again this year. The highest stipend offered was INR 4.4 Lakh for two months. Here are the key highlights of FMS Delhi summer placement season 2022.

- Out of 292 students from the MBA batch of 2022-2024, 290 participated in the summer internship placement process that witnessed the highest-ever average stipend of INR 3.02 lakh for 2 months.
- The average stipend saw an increase of 13% while the median stipend saw a staggering increase of 15% from the previous year.
- 109 companies expressed intent to participate in the summer placement process at FMS Delhi out of which 89 companies were invited and 311 offers were made to the Full-Time MBA - batch of 2024.
- 17% of the students were recruited for Product Management & Analytics roles from companies like Adobe, Amazon, American Express, Byju’s, Disney Star, Flipkart, Info Edge, Jubilant, MagicBricks, Media.net, OfBusiness, Uber, and Walmart.
- Around 26% of the students accepted offers in Sales & Marketing that were rolled out by the most prestigious firms in India.
- Around 29% of students were hired in Consulting & Strategy while 15% of the students received offers for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI). The finance roles offered saw a whopping rise of 34% as compared to the previous year.
- 13% of students were offered General Management roles from companies like Adani, Capgemini, CK Birla, JSW, Piramal Group, Renew Power, RPG, and TAS.

The legacy recruiters were Asian Paints, Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive, Dabur, Diageo, Dr. Reddy Laboratories, Himalaya Wellness, HUL, ITC, Jubilant, Loreal, Mars, Medtronic, Mondelez, Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Pernod Ricard, Pidilite, Puma, Reckitt, Samsung, Tata Play, Vodafone Idea.
Top recruiters on campus included Amazon, Bain & Co., BDA Partners, Bharti Enterprises, Boston Consulting Group, Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive, Goldman Sachs, HUL, HSBC, ITC, Kearney, McKinsey & Co., Media.Net, Nestle, Procter & Gamble, Tata Administrative Services, Uber, Walmart amongst others.
The major recruiters in Consulting & Strategy domain were Accenture Strategy, Bain & Co., BCG, Ernst & Young, Kearney, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Redseer Consulting, and Synergy Consulting.
In the BFSI domain, Axis Capital, Bajaj Finserv, BDA Partners, Bharti Enterprise, Citi Bank, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Haitong Securities, HDFC Bank, HSBC, IDFC First Bank, IndigoEdge, NatWest, O3 Capital were the main players.
