• On successful completion of the training, the Trainees would be absorbed as Engineers in the Grade-II Scale of Pay of INR 40,000 -1,40,000.

The selection process for the HAL Design & Management Trainee Recruitment will follow an All-India based Online Selection Test in Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) format. Find details about the exam in the table below: 

The candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of Online Test marks in order of merit in the ratio of 1: 5 to the number of vacancies in each discipline and category.

The entire selection process (including qualifying marks in every stage) will be governed by the extant Recruitment Rules of the Company, uploaded in the HAL Website.
