Landing an internship at Maruti Suzuki India Limited was a dream that I had cherished for years. I was on cloud nine when I finally achieved my target.

Doing justice to my role required diligence and patience. I had to dig out the minutest detail and ensure no information was cornered during the information extraction process. This challenging role made me step out of my comfort zone. Now I can confidently say that I have become a thorough professional, ready to enter the corporate world.
Given the extent of my role, I got an ample number of opportunities to work on my skills. The key takeaway was understanding the crux of Industrial Relations. I also understood the significance of balancing things. Hanging between the cliffs can instantly pull you down from highest to lowest points in the corporate culture. I could see the world of practicality and theory blend in front of my eyes. I also grasped the skill of networking which is an important skill to build an astounding career in the automobile industry.
I had to move to Gurgaon to pursue my internship at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. Adjusting in the new city was challenging but at the same time rewarding experience. To familiarize interns with the work environment, the company arranged an outing to Hotel Sheraton for all the newbies. It was an excellent session where we interacted and played games with senior management. The seniors gelled very nicely with us and there was no sense of superiority in their behavior. This session proved to be an ice breaker where all of us got a chance to mingle with each other and become a part of Maruti Suzuki India Limited.
Given an opportunity, I would grab the chance to work with Maruti Suzuki India Limited without a second thought. The brilliant work culture combined with a mix of super friendly seniors made working with Maruti Suzuki India Limited a memorable experience. No one in his right senses would like to lose this golden opportunity at any cost.
