What did I learn during my internship?

My role during the internship at Aditya Birla Capital Ltd ranged from data analytics to power cross-sell. Ownership and performance within a limited time frame were the areas I vastly improved on. In fact, I can go as far as saying that I have mastered the skill of doing my work way before time!

For my internship at Aditya Birla Capital Ltd, I moved to Mumbai. I am quite attached to this city and coming back here brought reminiscences of my early days here. This was the city that gave me my very first corporate experience of my professional life. The city that taught me to live fully and to always follow my dreams. Ah! The good old days!

Meeting the top delegates of the firm made me feel ecstatic. The ease with which we could approach and connect with them was amazing. Working for Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. was a life-changing experience. It has a lot of appetite for establishing analytics as a vertical across the firm.

Aditya Birla Capital Ltd employed a lot of interns from top B-Schools. Hence, I was excited to meet people from different colleges and share experiences. The major takeaway was that resource procurement is critical to maintaining the pace of the project. Secondly, it is necessary to have periodic discussions with your immediate superiors so that the project is executed on the intended lines. Also, these sessions pointed to me the areas that I needed to work on. Overall, my internship at Aditya Birla Capital Ltd was a stupendous experience and something which I would love to do all over again!
