IFFCO Recruitment 2022: Agriculture Graduates, Law Graduates And CA Can Apply

Qualifications

• Four Years B.Sc. (Agriculture) Full Time Regular Degree. Candidates whose final semester results are expected by May, 2022 can apply. 
• General/OBC candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% marks and SC/ ST candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% marks in B.Sc (Agriculture) degree. 
• Only the candidates who have passed B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in the year 2019 and thereafter can apply. 
• Qualifications should be from the UGC recognized University/Institute.

Upper Age Limit

30 years, as on 01st February, 2022. (relaxable by 5 years for SCs/ STs & by 3 years for OBCs not belonging to creamy layer)

Desirable Skills

Candidates must be well versed with reading, writing and speaking knowledge of the regional language of the State for which application is made. Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.

Compensation

• Stipend of INR 33,300/- p.m.
• On successful completion of one year’s training and subject to requirement of IFFCO, the AGTs may be absorbed at the basic pay of INR 37000/- p.m. in the regular Pay Scale of INR 37000-70000, and allowances/ benefits as per rules of the organization. 

Selection Procedure

• Preliminary Computer Based Online Test by using their own resources, computer/laptop with internet facility. 
• Based on the performance in the Preliminary On-line Test, short-listed candidates will be called for Final On-Line Test at the designated centers.

Qualification

CA (Intermediate) with Graduation in Commerce having secured minimum 60% marks from a University recognized by UGC.

Desirable Skills

• The candidates with experience in the fields of Corporate Accounts, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Bills, Treasury Management & working knowledge of ERP/ SAP will be an added advantage.
• Candidates having reading, writing and speaking knowledge of one or two more languages of Indian states other than the mother tongue will be desirable

Compensation

• During training, monthly stipend of INR 36000/- along with other allowances will be paid as per the Rules of IFFCO. 
• On successful completion of one year training, candidates may be appointed in the pay scale of INR 40000-75000. CTC INR 9 lacs per annum

Selection Procedure

• Computer based On-Line Test at the designated centers throughout India 
• Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the online test will be called for personal interview

Compensation

• Monthly consolidated stipend of INR 36,000 will be paid along with other benefits as per the rules of IFFCO.
• If found suitable, the candidate will be absorbed as Assistant (Legal) in the pay scale of INR 40000-75000. The CTC after absorption may be INR 9 lakhs per annum.
