KIIT Placements 2022: 14.5% Rise In Highest CTC As 259 Students Receive 278 Offers

The School of Management (KSOM) at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) is conducting the final placements for the 2021-22 MBA batch. The highest salary so far has been recorded at INR 23 LPA - close to a 63% rise from INR 14.5 LPA last year. As per reports, a total of 259 students have been placed successfully, out of the 336 students in the entire batch. 

KIIT Placements 2022: Key Highlights Of MBA Batch

• The average salary at the 2021-22 KIIIT placements stood at INR 7.10 LPA, a rise of 0.23 LPA from INR 6.87 LPA in the 2020-21 MBA batch.
• A total of 114 companies participated in the KIIT placements for the MBA batch this year, including 57 first-time recruiters.
• A total of 278 offers were rolled out to 259 students making it one of the best placement seasons ever at KIIT.
• According to the official statement released by KIIT placement authorities, the finance sector emerged as the top recruiter in the MBA batch.
• In terms of the roles offered, Marketing & Management emerged on the top at KIIT placements with Deloitte being the top recruiter.
