TISS Placements 2022: ODCL Batch Completes Summer Placements, Highest Stipend INR 3.50 Lakhs For 2 Months!

The summer placements for the 2021-23 batch of India's first masters' program in Organisation Development, Change, and Leadership (ODCL) at TISS Mumbai have been successfully completed. The placement drive in TISS ODCL saw the participation of many top names in the industry as the highest stipend clocked at INR 3.50 Lakhs for 2 months.

The 2021-23 batch has students with diverse industry experience; a total of 6 industrial sectors, as per the report released by the institute. The report also stated that out of the 37 students in the batch, 36 took part in the placement drive.

• The average stipend of the TISS ODCL batch stood at INR 1.54 Lakhs. 
• The average work experience of the batch was 41 months. 
• The average stipend of the top 25% in the TISS ODCL batch of 2021-23 stood at INR 2.97 Lakhs. 
• The average stipend of the top 50% of the ODCL batch was INR 2.97 Lakhs.
• The year-on-year increase in the average stipend was 14.71%.
• The median stipend of the batch was INR 1.25 Lakhs.

• The first-time recruiters included names like AB InBev, Accenture Strategy, Bosch Limited, Coca-Cola, HSBC, Intel, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, PwC US Advisory, and Vikram Solar. 
• AB InBev was the largest recruiter making a total of 5 offers followed by Accenture, Bosch, and DRL.
