Jamia Millia Islamia MBA Placements 2022: Highest Package INR 25 LPA

Jamia Millia Islamia University Placement Cell (JMI-UPC) completed the placement drive for its MBA batch with the best overall performance ever. According to a statement released by the institute, more than 25 companies offered jobs to the candidates as the average package clocked at INR 9 LPA. The highest package went as high as INR 25 LPA this year.

Response From The Institute

Dr. Rahela Farooqi, the director of the JMI-UPC observed that the Covid 19 pandemic has affected certain sectors badly, but sectors like IT and Ed-tech have witnessed growth to complement it. According to her, the impact of the pandemic can be seen in changing placement patterns at the institute. 

She then thanked all the recruiters who selected JMI MBA graduates this year.

NAAC has also awarded the university A++ grade last year - the highest ever received by an institute from the accreditation body.
