IIM Kozhikode Records 100% Placement In 3 Days | Average Salary Up By 31%, Consulting Firms Recruit 41%

Indian Institute of Management at Kozhikode (IIM Kozhikode) has wrapped up its final placements for its outgoing batch with a 31.3% increase in average income this year in comparison to the previous year. The institute recorded 100% placement in three days witnessing 116 companies rolling out 571 offers.

The 24th batch of flagship PGP Programme and the inaugural batches of the PGP- Finance (PGP-F) and PGP- Liberal Studies and Management (PGP-LSM) of IIM Kozhikode saw companies consisting of conglomerates, multinational companies, and new-age startups. The average salary grew to INR 29.5 LPA, with a 32.5% increase in the median salary, bringing it to INR 26.50 LPA over last year.

• Completes 100% placement in a record time of 3 days.
• The average salary increased by 31.3% to INR 29.5 LPA.
• The median salary is now INR 26.50 LPA, reporting an increase of 32.5%.
• There are 40 students from each of the newly formed PGP- Finance and PGP- Liberal Studies and Management programmes in the total of 546 students who have been placed.
• IIM Kozhikode Placement 2022 drew a total of 39 new recruiters.
• ABInBev and Amazon, Accenture, Bain & Company, BCG and Capgemini, Citi Bank, Credit Suisse, DA Shaw, Deloitte, E&Y, Goldman Sachs, HUL and McKinsey, RPG were amongst the top recruiters.
