IIM Raipur Placements 2023: 100% Placement With Highest CTC At INR 67.60 LPA!

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur was set up by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development (now known as the Ministry of Education) in 2010. The Institute has witnessed emphatic success in the placement season 2023. With a batch size of 255 students in the second year, the Institute recorded 100% placements! A total of 107 companies visited among which 32 were new recruiters. The average CTC stood at INR 21.04 LPA with a 19% increase from the previous year.

This year, the highest CTC offered at IIM Raipur was INR 67.60 LPA - a 60% increase from the previous year. Median CTC stood at INR 20 LPA with an 18% increase from last year. The top 10% had an average of INR 34.64 LPA. The top 25% of the batch got INR 28.25 LPA while the top 50% had INR 24.77 LPA as the average CTC.

IIM Raipur Summer Internship Placements

IIM Raipur’s summer internship placements also recorded new heights with an increase of 16% in the average stipend which stood at INR 1.39 lakh, with the highest stipend standing at INR 3.50 lakh. A total of 109 companies visited for summer placements and the batch of 328 first-year students received 100% placements. The median stipend was INR 1.50 lakh with a 50% increase from last year. The top 10% of students had an average stipend of INR 2.79 lakh, the top 25% had an average stipend of INR 2.43 lakh and the top 50% had INR 2.11 lakh as the average stipend. 

Commenting on the successful placement season, Prof. Ram Kumar Kakani, the Director, said, “We are thrilled with the success of our students in the placements, which is a testament to their hard work and the quality of education we provide. We will continue to strive towards excellence and prepare our students to become leaders in their respective fields”.

IIM Raipur is ranked 14th in NIRF (7th among IIMs) and one of the best new-generation IIMs set up in 2010. The institute is also the sole knowledge partner of Youth 20, 2023.
