IIM Ranchi Placements 2022; Highest CTC Of INR 32.21 LPA In Both MBA & MBA-HR
The Final Placements drive at IIM Ranchi for the MBA and MBA-HR batches have been completed with success. A total of 77 recruiters participated in the placement process as the highest CTC in both batches reached an impressive INR 32.21 LPA.
A consistent increase in numbers across all metrics were observed during the IIM Ranchi placements 2022 and among the big names participating in the placement drive were EY, Deloitte, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Goldman Sachs, and Flipkart.

- 45% of the students in the two batches combined were female while 55% of the male.
- For the MBA batch at IIM Ranchi, the Median CTC was INR 15.50 LPA while for the MBA-HR batch it was 15.40 LPA.
- While 51% of students in the MBA batch were Freshers, 40% of the students in the MBA-HR batch had 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Among the 77 recruiters who participated in the placement process, Sales and Marketing emerged as the most preferred functional area.
