Each year, The Financial Times compiles a carefully curated report, analyzing the top B-Schools across the world in different categories and ranking them accordingly. This year, there is good news for the Indian side in the FT MBA Rankings for executive education.
The Indian Institutes of Management are unparalleled institutes of management and business studies within the country. It remains unmatched in its infrastructure, faculty, and overall quality of its student body.

This year, it has achieved yet another staggering record with as many as three IIMs coming under the top 100 colleges in the FT Executive MBA rankings. Taking the lead is IIM Ahmedabad with a rank of 39 followed by IIM Bangalore with the 45th rank.
A Brief Summary Of FT Executive MBA Rankings 2022
The top schools for executive education business are formulated by joining the open executive education and custom executive education tables with relatively more participation in the former.
Given below is a list of the top three IIMs in each category of the FT Executive MBA rankings.
In the open category, executive education, we can see that IIM Ahmedabad is still topping the leaderboards. The ranks are:

HEC Paris is officially the best b-school this year that has reached number one in the open, custom and combined rankings by The Financial Times.
Response From The Institutes
On the occasion, Madan Mohan Raj, Chief Programme Officer of Executive Education Programmes, IIMB. “IIMB was already well established in the digital learning space with over 50 massive open online courses (MOOCs) on offer. Our strength in digital learning helps us reach a large audience in India and abroad. We offer new programs, in blended and hybrid modes”.
Similarly, Deepa Mani, the deputy dean of executive education and digital initiative and ISB said that the institute’s focus is on addressing the diverse needs and strategic challenges of different organizations in both public and private sectors. According to her, it is this commitment that has enabled the institute to consistently find a spot in the FT Executive MBA rankings.
On the other hand, G. Sainesh, Professor of Marketing and Chairperson of Executive Education Programs at IIM Bangalore said, “FT’s global ranking provides the perfect springboard to take our executive education programs to the next level.”
