IIM Rohtak introduces a five-year Integrated Programme in Law (IPL) for class 12th pass-out students!

IIM Rohtak has introduced a five-year Integrated Programme in Law (IPL) for class 12th pass-out students. The participants will be awarded Integrated Degree of BBA-LLB on successful completion of the programme. It will be a non-residential programme at the IIM Rohtak extension campus (Gurugram).

Major highlights of IIM Rohtak IPL

Some important details about IPL offered by IIM Rohtak are:

1. The programme consists of 15 terms spanned over a period of 5 years.
2. Each year will have 3 terms of 3 months each.
3. The programme will consist of courses in Business Management and Legal Education.
4. During the course of the programme, students will be undergoing several internships and moot court exercises.
5. Students will also undergo courses in the domain of International Affairs, Humanities, Public Policy, and Foreign languages.

Admission criteria of IIM Rohtak IPL 2021

Candidates satisfying the following criteria will be eligible for IPL at IIM Rohtak:

1. General, NC-OBC, and EWS Category: Minimum 60% in standard Xth/SSC and standard XIIth/HSC or equivalent examinations, maximum 20 years of age as of July 31, 2021.
2. SC, ST, and PWD (DAP) Category: Minimum 55% in standard Xth/SSC and standard XIIth/HSC or equivalent examinations, maximum 20 years of age as of July 31, 2021.

Selection procedure

The selection procedure of IIM Rohtak IPL 2021 will comprise of the following stages:

Stage 1: Online registration

Stage 2: Shortlisting and online personal interview

• The shortlisted applicants will be called for the online personal interview on the basis of past academics and CLAT score of 2021.
• The announcement of the calls for online personal interviews (PI) will be done in the third week of July 2021 (Tentative).
• The candidates will be evaluated on the basis of their academics, general awareness, and communication skills during their personal interviews.
• The interviews are proposed to be held in the first week of August 2021 (Tentative).

Stage 3: Announcement of selection list and offer acceptance

In the last stage, provisional admission will be given to selected students for IPL 01 2021-26
