For candidates applying via off-campus modes, here are the steps that they must follow: 

  1. Visit Infosys career website.
  2. Click on the 'Apply now' tab on the top. Doing this opens up the page where you can explore openings by location.
  3. Select your preferred country. You can search for jobs using location or skills within that country.
  4. Select a job, click 'Details', and click 'Apply' to start filling out the application form.
  5. If you have applied before, log in with your credentials. Otherwise, you can sign up using your social media accounts.
  6. The next step is to read and accept their terms and conditions.
  7. Next, complete your profile by adding personal information, including name, address, and phone number.
  8. Then, upload your resume.
  9. Click 'Apply now'; now you have to wait for the reply. 

Remember to check your inbox for your unique candidate ID to track the status of your application. Every application is reviewed and accepted by the talent acquisition team at Infosys.

Freshers should not have any active backlogs to get invitations for an Infosys Interview. They should additionally have more than 68% or 6/10 in their Graduation/Post Graduation degree. In addition, all freshers must have above 60% marks in their X and XII to meet educational eligibility.

Infosys Recruitment Process 2025: Assessment Rounds

The Infosys hiring process consists of the following rounds: 

  1. Online Test
  2. Technical Interview
  3. HR Interview

1. Online Test  

The round contains 50 to 60 questions. There is no negative marking. The time limit for the exam is 100 minutes. The aptitude test aims to assess your logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, mathematical skills, analytical ability, etc. The sections include:

Section II Mathematical Ability 10-15 35 minutes

Section I: Reasoning Ability

Questions can be based on puzzles, visual reasoning, arrangements, number series, binary language, syllogisms, coding/decoding, etc. 

Section II: Mathematical Ability

In this section, you will get questions to assess your knowledge of the basic concepts of mathematics.  Some important topics are percentages, data interpretation, speed, distance, time, work, profit, mixtures, allegations, etc. Questions from physics and economics can also be asked. 

Section III: Verbal Ability

Questions are designed to test your verbal ability in the English language. You may get questions involving sentence completion, paragraph completion, word selection, synonyms-antonyms, sentence correction, etc.  

Section IV: Psuedocode

This round tests your basic programming skills. The most important topics are C, C++, and Data structures. 

Section V: Puzzle Solving

Puzzles that can require strong logical or problem-solving abilities.

2. Technical Interview

This Infosys interview will involve technical questions to test your subject knowledge. Infosys will assess your programming language skills for C, C++, or Java and sound knowledge of computer fundamentals such as OS, Database Management Systems (DBMS), networking, etc. The interview panel can also ask you to write programs on paper or ask questions about your projects and internships that you have mentioned on your resume.

3. HR Interview
