Indian School of Business(ISB) is inviting applications for its Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) to groom young researchers in various business domains. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the programme before 07 January 2022.
As a part of this programme, you would be able to enhance your research skills with the help of support and mentorship from experienced faculty members of the reputed institute. Also, ISB’s unique portfolio model attracts international faculty members from top B-schools across the globe to help you in your research work.
ISB FPM Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should have a 4-year undergraduate degree or a 3-year undergraduate and postgraduate degree or equivalent in areas such as business, engineering, economics, computer sciences, physics or the arts, mathematics, etc.
- Applicants can have an undergraduate degree from any discipline.
- Applicants should have taken one of the following tests with a valid test score:
- Common Admission Test (CAT) / JRF
- Graduate Record Examination General Test (GRE) administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS), Princeton, USA
- Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) administered by Pearson VUE, Bloomington, USA
- Applicants need to show the determination to pursue research along with the ability to be an academician at the global level.
ISB FPM Programme Overview
ISB FPM is a programme designed by experts to help young researchers engage in the field of research as per the current needs of the market. It offers you a variety of domains such as Information Systems, Marketing, Accounting, Financial Economics, Operations Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Strategy.

Also, the scholarship is offered to all students except sponsored ones. An amount of 55,000 is provided for the living expenses along with fully furnished free accommodation. In case the accommodation services aren’t available, then an additional amount of 25,000 is provided for house rent expenses.

ISB nurtures and grooms students for research purposes. But how do these alums perform when it comes to teaching other students?

How to apply?
All the interested and eligible candidates can go to the official site and fill the application form. A completed form would have the following documents as per the ISB’s website:
- Certified copies of all university degrees/diplomas
- Official transcripts of grades
- Photograph of the candidate
- Statement of Purpose(SOP)
- A valid score report of tests such as GMAT / GRE / CAT / JRF
- TOEFL score report ( applicable for undergrads who have studied in other mediums apart from English)
- Three letters of recommendation from faculty or scholars on the applicant’s academic ability and potential for research and teaching
