Details Of Openings For ISRO Apprenticeship Recruitment 2025

​ISRO Telemetry, Tracking and Command Network (ISTRAC) is offering 75 apprenticeship positions across various disciplines for the 2025–2026 training year. The available apprenticeship positions are categorized into Graduate Apprentice Trainee, Diploma Apprentice Trainee, and Trade Apprentice. The breakdown is as follows:​

Compensation For ISRO Apprentices 2025

ISRO offers the following monthly stipends for its apprenticeship programs:​

  • Graduate Apprentice Trainee: ₹9,000​
  • Diploma Apprentice Trainee: ₹8,000​
  • Trade Apprentice: ₹7,000​

These stipends are provided in accordance with the Apprentices Act, 1961 and its subsequent amendments. It's important to note that apprentices are not eligible for additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA) or House Rent Allowance (HRA).

Application Process For ISRO Apprentice Recruitment 2025

Candidates who are interested in applying for the apprenticeship roles at ISRO can do so by following these steps:​

  1. Online Registration: You first need to register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal.
    • Important: Ensure you obtain a unique enrollment number upon successful registration, as this will be required during the application process.​
  2. Application Submission: After registering with NATS, visit the official ISRO recruitment page, and download and fill out the application provided in the official notification.
    • Important: The Enrolment number should compulsorily be indicated in the application form.
  3. Submit the completed application form along with self-attested copies of the required documents.

Q1: Is this apprenticeship a permanent position at ISRO?

No, the apprenticeship is a temporary training program designed to provide hands-on experience. Completion does not guarantee permanent employment with ISRO.

Q2: Are final-year students eligible to apply?

The engineering Graduates or Diploma Holders in Engineering and Commercial Practice and ITI/Trade, with the passing years 2022, 2023, and 2024, are eligible to undergo apprenticeship, i.e., only if they join within 03 years of acquiring the Degree.

Q3: Will there be any financial assistance for travel during the selection process?

No, candidates shortlisted for document verification or interviews are not eligible for Travelling Allowance (TA).

Q4: Can candidates who have previously undergone apprenticeship training apply again?

Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961, are not eligible to apply.​
