JBIMS Placements 2022 | 100% Students Placed; Highest CTC INR 42 LPA

Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, or JBIMS Mumbai, completed the final placement process for the batch of 2022 with an outstanding 19.3% increase in average salary, going as high as INR 27.63 LPA. The highest salary at the placement drive stood at INR 42 LPA as it saw the participation of 190 recruiters from different sectors.

Consulting and BFSI emerged as the top recruiting sector at JBIMS placements, hiring 39% and 36% students respectively. Many top names in the industry, such as Accenture, Deloitte and JP Morgan participated in the placement drive at JBIMS.

• In spite of an impressive overall performance, JBIMS placements saw a minor decrease in the highest salary offered. 
• Over 40% of the batch got Pre-Placement Offers through their internship engagement and corporate competitions. 
• The top 10% of the batch received an average salary of INR 34.18 LPA. 
• The top 25% of the batch received an average salary of INR 31.54 LPA - an increase of 15.8% from last year.

As JBIMS placements saw an overall increase in the salaries offered from the previous year, the director of JBIMS - Dr. Srinivasan R. Iyengar, pointed out the role of new associations of JBIMS behind the rising salaries at the institute.
