IIM Shillong Final Placements 2022 | Highest CTC INR 55.22 LPA; Rise of 73% from 2021!

IIM Shillong recorded one of the best placement seasons ever as all 250 students in the batch received offers from top recruiters in the 2022 final placements. The highest salary was capped at INR 55 LPA - an incredible rise of 73% from the previous year. With 73 recruiters joining in the placement drive in 2022, IIM Shillong saw a 14% rise in the number of participating recruiters.

Among the 73 companies who joined the IIM Shillong placements this year, 43 were first-time recruiters. The best offers were received from the IT and Analytics domain while the highest number of offers were received from the Consulting sector.

• The top 20% of the batch witnessed an increase of 17% in the average salary. 
• Female students in the batch received an average salary of INR 24.05 LPA.
• 30% of the roles offered by the Consulting sector, followed by Sales & Marketing at 19% and Finance at 18%.
• The number of offers in Human Resource and Operations increased by 80% from last year.
• Roles in General Management also saw a 48% increase in the average salary from 2021.
