My internship with TAS was the best experience I had as a budding manager -By Rajvardhan Kavi from FMS Delhi

During the pandemic, I was fortunate enough to not only do an internship with TAS, but also receive a pre-placement interview by the end of my two-months. Under my summer internship, I was given the chance to work at TATA CLiQ, in my TAS SIP. Working on real-time projects across group companies thoroughly helped me develop my managerial skills. 

Mentorship under various projects

One of the most valuable experiences I witnessed under my internship with TAS was the guidance and support my mentors provided me with. The environment of the internship bubbled in such a way that I felt comfortable approaching my mentors, who often trusted me with responsibilities for various projects. 

From the town hall meetings, personal interactions, and eagerness of the fellow employees who are always ready to help, I feel like it has been quite a while since I have been working here! My typical workday during my internship at TAS was complimented by the constant encouragement I received from my peers and co-workers. 

Placing employees as the centre of focus

One of the few qualities I would like to highlight about my internship at TAS, and the way it works is the manner in which it places its employees as the center of focus and attention. The consideration which is given to all the workers is commendable. The emphasis I received on the work I did has definitely helped me as a budding manager. 

With the work ethics and thriving culture TAS lives by, I am thrilled to have received a pre-placement interview from a company like this.
