Roles and Responsibilities

After being selected for the role of Associate Director, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Making strategic decisions for the company.
• Selecting high-performing and motivated individuals for the team.
• Conducting analysis and developing key insights.
• Implementing the strategies that will drive the required changes.
• Supporting senior management presentations and being the voice that shows internal stakeholders Myntra’s long-term vision.
