Java Full-stack Developer | Bengaluru | 10 - 13 Yrs

• Mandatory 10+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of RESTful APIs and Microservices using technology stack: Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Batch, AWS Elastic Kubernetes Services (EKS), RDS Oracle DB, Apigee/API Gateway.
• 5+ Years’ experience & expertise in frontend development using React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive web application development
• Must have experience in Rest API integrations.
• Experience in API layer security (e.g., JWT, OATH2), API logging, API testing, creating REST API documentation using Swagger and YAML or similar tools desirable.

Sr. Salesforce Developer | Hyderabad, Noida, Bengaluru | 0 - 3 Yrs

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices, as well as business needs.
• Lead the process of implementing improvements and new Salesforce Product features.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical architecture team to analyze business requirements, translate those requirements in to customized solutions using the force.com platform, and be responsible for delivering complete work products.
• Perform custom Salesforce.com development using various development tools provided by Salesforce Platform such as Custom Objects, Visualforce, and Apex, Process Builders, Flows, Lightning Component Framework, the Force.com / Visual Code IDE, migration tools, SOQL, and Integration APIs.
• Carry out development tasks to the highest quality standards, including coding and documentation, unit and system testing, conducting code reviews for the development team adhering to the best practices and salesforce design patterns
• Support DevOps approach that includes continuous migration of development modules between SFDC org.
• Accountable for Salesforce technical delivery - Build, System Testing handover/coordination, Tech documentation and deployment activities

• Prior experience with component-based development

• Broad knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Knowledge of relational databases as well as SOSL/SOQL in Salesforce environments.
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts, Design Patterns, data modeling, and SFDC Development Best Practices
• Experience with agile development methodologies

Helpdesk Senior Associate/ Helpdesk Associate  | Noida, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, Hyderabad 

• Provides L1 technical guidance in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems by telephone and email. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.
• The Analyst level participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization, to ensure that all online system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
• Shift: Rotational 
• Qualification: Graduate with a minimum 6 months experience in a technical support role
• Basic technical skills for troubleshooting issues related to computers.
• Basic MS troubleshooting
• Basic TS on networking
