Eligibility for P&G Internships 2022

The candidate applying for the P&G internship must have the following: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Technical excellence and rigor in carrying out defined plans
• Capability to work effectively with others
• Capability to analyze situations and come up with solutions. In addition, the ability to innovate and reapply successes
• Fluency in English

P&G Internship 2022: Key responsibilities of interns

Interns will be at the forefront of groundbreaking innovations, working on exciting projects, leading initiatives, and taking ownership and responsibility in creative work environments where new ideas thrive. 

Interns shall collaborate with passionate peers and receive both formal training and day-to-day mentoring from a dynamic and supportive work environment as part of the internship.

Candidates for this internship position will have the opportunity to work on the floor, meet various challenges, make decisions, and see immediate results. They will learn about P&G's world-renowned technologies, as well as the company's standards and methods. 

Finally, interns will develop their own skills through on-the-job training, proper mentoring, and efficient training.

Interns would be likely placed in one of the following sectors with respective roles:

1. Production-Making

• Make a performance loss study and analysis (equipment, organization, skills)
• Ensure that different departments communicate with one another (logistics, packing, projects, etc.)
• Create learning programs to assist operators and team leaders in developing their skills
• Create systematization tools, streamline processes, and standardize work

2. Production - Packing

• Conduct research on performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization)
• Determine one or more key projects to achieve the packing line's performance goals
• Create methods for resolving technical issues
• Systematize maintenance tools and implement production management software
• Work on the installation and commissioning of new equipment

3. Quality

• Create quality indicators and audits
• Help the production (especially on equipment validation, process, etc.)
• Investigate various possibilities and devise a plan of action
• Participate in workshops as a member of a multifunctional team
