TIFR Recruitment 2022: Candidates From All Fields, Apply Now

The Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) has started the recruitment process for 6 positions. Graduates from any recognized university can apply for these openings. TIFR is a deemed university, which awards Master's and Doctoral programs. It is also a National Centre of the Government of India, for Nuclear Sciences & Mathematics.

All the TIFR openings are for the Colaba, Mumbai location of the institute. They consist of type-A- Clerk positions, with total monthly emoluments of INR 39,761. Eligibility Criteria For TIFR Recruitment

The qualification and experience requirements for the posts are as follows-

1. The candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university (or institute) with 50% aggregate marks.
2. Must know how to type.
3. Must have knowledge of using personal computers and applications. Preferably supported by certifications from government-recognized institutions.
4. Minimum one year experience in clerical duties and correspondence in large, reputed organizations.

Other desirable qualifications and experience expectations are stated as:

• Diploma/ Degree in materials management/ supply chain management.
• One year of experience in the purchase/store department for reputable organizations.

How To Apply For TIFR Openings?

Applications for the positions have to be made online only. With an exception being made for Govt./ Semi-Govt./ PSU employees.

• When applying online, log onto the portal here. Register and fill out your details.
• Applicants making submissions via post must follow proper official channels and also attach a NOC.
• Candidates applying under other age relaxations as allowed by GOI must also submit a copy of relevant certificates.
• Incomplete applications, or those without proper photocopy of certificates required, shall not be considered.
