Proud Moments while working with L'Oréal

Saurabh Dadu Singhal (Assistant Marketing Manager), Rishika Singh (Assistant Marketing Manager), Ninad Shukla (Assistant Marketing Manager) and Himanshi Dandona (Management Trainee) talks about their proud moments while working with L'Oréal.

As a Management Trainee, Saurabh worked on a project to launch a new brand named 'Shell' within the L'Oréal portfolio. He got the opportunity to develop the entire new range, for that he had to do a lot of research and finally when he tabled his report, it was accepted by the management. And now as a Marketing Manager, he is in the due process of launching it. He feels as if the project is like his own baby and it makes him feel very proud.

Rishika believes in celebration smaller Wow moments in her journey. She is currently working on a category of makeup, which is super dynamic and super interesting. Even though she did not possess a lot of knowledge on makeup but she slowly picked it up and now it makes her feel proud that her hard work will bring a smile on the faces of many women.

Speaking in similar lines, Himanshi also likes to celebrate small moments. She shares that she felt very proud when she achieved her first sales target.

Ninad had a round-table conference with the Global CEO, L'Oréal, he got an opportunity to ask him that what has he done as a young employee to climb the ladder of success? To which the CEO replied that it was using freedom as a habit in whatever he did made him succeed. He was astounded by the result he received. That was the moment which he will remember his entire life.
