RCF Ltd. is involved in the manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers and industrial chemicals and generates a revenue of over INR 12,000 crores from its operations. AND The candidate should have a valid Boiler Operation Engineer’s Certificate (BOE)/Boiler Proficiency Certificate. Engineering Graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institutions OR 3 years regular and full-time BE / B. Tech / B.Sc. Engineering Graduate in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Technology / Computer Engineering Discipline from UGC / AICTE approved Institution acquired after Diploma. Allied courses/degrees / dual degrees in Information Technology Engineering will not be considered. Minimum Percentage The candidates should have secured a minimum 60% aggregate in the Final Year of Engineering Graduation. Selection process for RCF Recruitment 2022

The selection process for the positions of Management Trainees will include an Online Test and Personal Interview.
The online test will consist of two parts namely Discipline related and Aptitude related. There will be 100 questions (50 discipline related and 50 from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge / Awareness)
The duration of the exam will be 1.5 hours and there will be negative marking for every wrong answer.
Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for a personal interview.

Salary offered to RCF Management Trainee 2022

The selected candidates for Management Trainee will undergo training for one year and will be paid a stipend of INR 30,000/- per month.
Free lodging facility will be provided at the company’s hostel if the candidate is posted at Trombay / Thal.
After successful completion of one-year training, the candidates will be absorbed in E1 Grade on the pay scale of INR 40,000 - 140000.
The minimum total monthly gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (32.5%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27% for class A cities/applicable rates for other places) and other allowances which will amount to INR 77,400 approximately.
