Pavitra Singh (Director- Global Campus COE) and Jasneet Kaur (HR Director- SDT) stated that they are not much concerned about grades or the campus from which the student belongs. They always look for the clarity and confidence with which the students pitch or present their ideas in front of the internal and external panel of the jury. In future, they are planning to hire through CTG- absolutely agnostic of marks or any other variable that is traditionally being used. An individual should be creative enough to convert the ideas into real-life solutions.
