Everything you need to know about TAS InvicTAS 2019
Tata Group has taken another comprehensive step for budding B-Schoolers by launching its general management business simulation game, TAS InvicTAS. Organized in collaboration with TOPSIM Business Simulations, the simulation game offers an extensive ground of opportunities to run your own business in the real business environment.
The competition creates the right set of business circumstances where students will get to don multiple hats in Sales & Marketing, R&D, Production, Human Resources and other functional departments. Moreover, they will get an overview of business strategies and important decisions to maximize the output. If you think you have the right business tactics, leadership skills and the potential to deal with the changing market, then this is the right battle-field for you.
How many rounds are there in TAS InvicTAS 2019?
The competition spans across multiple Simulation Rounds, followed by the last round of National Finals.

Who are eligible for TAS InvicTAS 2019?
All the first and second-year students, pursuing a full-time MBA/PGDM program from the below-mentioned institutes are eligible for TAS InvicTAS.
- Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore
- Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad
- SPJIMR, Mumbai
- Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta
- Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi
- Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow
- Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode
- XLRI, Jamshedpur
- TISS, Mumbai
- JBIMS, Mumbai (PGP 2)
What are the requirements to enrol for TAS InvicTAS?
- In order to register, one has to create a team of three members (from the same year).
- It is mandatory to have all the teammates from the same Institute. Also, their presence is necessary for all the rounds.
- Students from different specializations are eligible to be a part of the team. However, participating students can only be a part of one team.
- Change in the team structure post-registration is not allowed. There can be multiple teams from the same institute.
- Not abiding by the above-mentioned rules will result in immediate disqualification.
Prizes
- Campus Winners (the top team from each campus) will get Rs. 50,000.
- 1st & 2nd runners-up will get gift vouchers worth Rs. 15,000/- per team for both PGP 1 and PGP 2.
- National Winners for PGP 1 will be rewarded with Rs. 30,000. Moreover, they will get an internship opportunity with TAS based on the interaction with TAS managers (TAS PPI).
- While National Winner for PGP 2 will get Rs. 100,000 in addition to an internship opportunity with TAS (TAS PPI).
