Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, successfully concluded the Summer Placement Process for its MA in Human Resources Management & Labor Relations (HRM & LR) program batch of 2025–27. The institute achieved a 100% placement rate, recording its highest-ever figures in the history of the program.

TISS Mumbai once again demonstrated its strong recruiter relationships and industry reputation. Regular recruiters such as Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Bajaj Auto, Citi, Godrej, HUL, Nestlé, Reliance Industries Limited, RPG Group, and TAS continued their association with the institute.

Notably, 85% of the batch received stipends of ₹2 lakh and above, while 76% secured stipends of ₹3 lakh and above for the two-month duration.

Bajaj Auto emerged as the top recruiter, extending the highest number of offers, followed by Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Accenture Strategy, Airtel, Citi, and Novartis.
New entrants this year included Airtel, Novartis, PepsiCo, and Vodafone Idea, marking their debut in TISS’s HRM & LR placement roster.
