TISS Mumbai placements 2021: Highest CTC 29.32 LPA, 36 companies roll offers to 66 students

TISS Mumbai placements for the HRM & LR batch of 2019-21 were recently wrapped on a successful note. The placement process witnessed the participation of 36 companies for a pool of 66 students. The final placement process was successfully completed with the highest package touching INR 29.32 LPA. The average of the top 10% of the offers stood at INR 27.43 LPA, while the average of the top 25% of the offers stood at INR 25.16 LPA.

The brilliant students of TISS Mumbai have always made everyone proud with their exemplary performance. Last year as well, the HRM & LR TISS Mumbai placements witnessed one out of every five students fetch a salary of around INR 25 LPA. To put it another way, more than 20% of the 2018-2020 batch received offers around INR 25 LPA.

HRM & LR, TISS Mumbai placements witnessed the participation of regular recruiters like Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Bajaj Auto, Citi, Dell Technologies, Deloitte India, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Flipkart, ITC, Marico, Nestle, RPG, TAS, TCS, Wipro, etc.

Alembic Pharma, Byju’s, Bridgestone, Darwinbox, Freshworks, GE Shipping, Pepperfry, SKF, Tata CliQ, Tata Electronics, Unifrax, and Vedanta were all first-time recruiters. Companies like Infosys Consulting, JSW, Texas Instruments were back on campus after a hiatus.
