TISS ODCL Final Placements: Average Pay Up By 40%; Highest Salary Recorded At INR 42.09 LPA

TISS ODCL (Organisation Development Change & Leadership), albeit being three years old, has been able to attain high industry acceptance and saw an increase in average pay by a whopping 40% in its final placements. The majority (65%) of the batch was offered Change Management and Consulting roles in organizations like Accenture Strategy, PwC, Deloitte, and LTI. The other top brands on campus included Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Shell, Pidilite, Amazon amongst many others. The highest salary offered to the TISS ODCL batch went up to INR 42.09 LPA.
