Prachi Gera stated that projects in campuses are research oriented and they are a lot academic but while working in the organisation, one can see the actual impact of the projects on employees and receive the feedback. She expressed that Reliance is a fun place to work because of its supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Archit Sehgal stated that as a student one looks at the problems from a theoretical perspective but while working as a professional one realises the ground reality of the businesses. This is how one transform a theoretical thinker as a student to practical thinker as a professional.   

Pooja Wanpal stated that learning curve is very steep as her journey from campus sort of mindset to professional sort of mindset happened in the 1st two months of her joining in the Reliance. She expressed that it’s very interesting and challenging journey in terms of experiences she had.
