KPMG feels deeply committed to investing time with the participants in every level of the competition. Senior leaders from the organisation mentor the students and help them identify their strengths and the areas where they need to put extra effort.

Participants also receive guidance in applying frameworks and methodologies to deliver an appropriate solution. Students are groomed with soft skill training to give them an exposure to the corporate work life.
