ZS India to hire 3000 professionals for ramping up operations; here’s all you need to know

ZS Associates, an America-based consulting firm, offers consulting and professional services relating to software and technology. As a means of boosting its operations in India, it is going to hire 3000 professionals for its Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune offices. ZS India currently has over 5000 employees. This time about 30% of the total roles offered will be for business consulting, while 45% and 25% for business technology and business operations respectively. 

ZS India sees immense growth potential

ZS India has announced its large-scale hiring after such a drive was also conducted before the lockdown in 2020. The 2000 job professionals that were hired in the previous drive, also received mid-year and year-end appraisals on time. The previous year-end cycle saw the highest number of promotions in a single cycle. 

ZS India offices are eventually opening up, with their senior management coming to offices. Through the lockdown, to support their growth by ensuring the wellbeing of their employees, many initiatives have been launched including providing them a one-time work-from-home allowance for employees to create a comfortable workspace at their homes. They also gave out an extra year-end success bonus to celebrate the firm’s success. Along with that, they introduced mental and physical wellbeing programs and meeting-free working time to ensure work balance for its employees.
