About Parivartan:
In February, the Department of Management Studies IIT Delhi organized Parivartan, their annual Business, Cultural, and Sports Festival. As the name implies, Parivartan is where we set out to explore new horizons, pursue higher goals, and implement ideas effectively. Distinguished B-schools and many universities across the nation participate in the festival's presentations, debates, case-study competitions, quizzes, cultural activities, sports competitions, and many more informal events.
Parivartan intends to provide everyone assembled from across the nation the chance to join the fray, recognize possibilities, brainstorm, dig into difficulties, and come up with creative ideas to overcome challenges and come out on top.
It will be held from 17th February to 19th February 2023, with an expected footfall of 10,000+ students.
About Campus Ambassador Programme
Parivartan'23 is launching a "Campus Ambassador Challenge." We look forward to collaborating with B-schools and engineering colleges throughout the country. Students will be selected for the "Campus ambassador" position based on a set of criteria. The tasks given to campus ambassadors will hone their leadership skills and prepare them for the future. Seize the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership talent and serve as your Campus's face. Ensure maximum participation from your college in our various events: management, cultural, informal, and sports.
Who can apply?
- The applicant must be a student of any college. We seek enthusiastic and responsible students with superior networking abilities, an innovative mindset, and a robust online presence.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Encouraging students of your college to participate in our events
- Developing campus-specific promotion and promoting specific content of Parivartan through social media and digital platforms
- Circulating promotional emails and relevant communication about events to respective students
- Bringing in maximum registrations for our events through their social media and WhatsApp groups, sending screenshots of the same to us for validation
What will you get from us?
The candidate who brings in the maximum number of registrations for the event would be the Best Campus Ambassador for the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi.

About Department of Management Studies (DMS), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi
- The Department of Management Studies is a result of the evolutionary process of growth of an idea floated in 1963. In 1993, the Department was brought into existence by the amendment to IIT (D) statutes. Clearly, the Department responds to a felt need of the Indian Industry and derives satisfaction from its heavy field orientation in all its curriculum activity.
- The Department of Management Studies has 5 fully airconditioned theatres with wi-fi facility as well as LCD projectors so that the best possible environment for learning is ensured. The auditorium has a seating capacity of over 150 and hosts numerous guest lectures, seminars, and other programmes.
- The departmental library houses a large collection of management books and also has one of the biggest collections of management-related fieldwork reports available in any institution.
