Treasure Hunt

Only the team leader will be able to attempt the Treasure Hunt.

Case Study Submission

Teams are required to prepare a solution and submit a 3 to 5-slide presentation (both .ppt/.pptx and .pdf format).

Virtual Presentation

Shortlisted teams will present their case-study presentation to an esteemed jury panel.

Mentorship Sessions

The top 8 teams will be assigned a mentor and undergo mentorship to refine their solutions for the Grand Finale.

Grand Finale Submission

Time to make your final pitch shine! For the grand finale, bring your best ideas to life using the official GSK template—no slide limit, so let your creativity flow. Just remember, sticking to the guidelines is key!

Grand Finale Pre-Read Submission

All the finalist teams are required to submit a 3-5 slide brief of their final presentations.

GSK Pharmaceuticals Limited is back with its riveting strategy competition, Engaging and Exciting Minds for Excellence (E^3) 2025, which puts to test your expertise and out-of-the-box thinking skills in connecting with the intended audience and penetrating the market to tap potential stakeholders.

Through GSK E^3 2025, students get an opportunity to work on a real-world business problem, meet business partners & senior professionals, grab a PPI offer from GSK and earn attractive cash prizes!

Eligibility Criteria:
This competition is open to 2nd-year students of the flagship programs of the eligible management institutes.

Team Formation Guidelines:

  • Students have to register in teams of three.
  • The participants can be from any specialisation.
  • Participants should be full-time students from the same campus.
  • Cross-specialisation teams can participate. 
  • One participant cannot be a member of more than one team.
  • All the team members are required to verify and confirm their details to form a team.
  • Any deviation from the above-mentioned guidelines will result in the immediate disqualification of the entire team.

Competition Structure:

Treasure Hunt:

  • Teams will have to answer 20 thought-provoking questions based on GSK.
  • Quick responses fetch bonus points, giving you an early advantage in the competition.
  • Only the team leader will be able to attempt the Treasure Hunt.
  • This is a non-eliminatory round.

Case Launch and Submission:

  • Only registered teams can access the case study problem statement.
  • Each team will be required to submit a 3 to 5-slide presentation (both .ppt/.pptx and pdf format, team details slide included) containing the team's analysis/proposed solution to the problem statement.
  • Additional files (if any, such as MS-Excel sheets, etc.) are to be compressed along with the PPT and uploaded as a .zip file. References need to be mentioned and should be given due credit.
  • Naming Convention: TeamName_CampusName

Virtual Presentation:

  • The shortlisted teams will present their case-study presentation to an esteemed jury panel.
  • Further details will be communicated to the teams closer to the round.

Mentorship Session:

  • The top 8 shortlisted teams will be assigned a mentor to refine their solutions. The teams will get approximately one week for the preparation and refinement of their solution during this stage.

Grand Finale:

  • The 8 Finalists will present their final solutions to GSK's senior leadership team. 
  • Further details will be shared closer to the Grand Finale.
