Mergers & Acquisitions Quiz Round
This is the Assessment Round of the competition. Participants will be tested on their knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (MnA) through a quiz.

Case Report Submission
This is the Submission Round.

You will receive a real world M&A case study.
-
Your task is to analyze the case and submit a detailed case report.

Deadline for submission is extended till 15th August EOD (End of Day).

The Top 10 teams will be shortlisted based on evaluation and will be invited for the final round
Case Study Presentation Round
This is the Final Round for the Top 10 teams.

Shortlisted teams will present their case report virtually to the jury on 22nd August 2025.

Presentations will be evaluated on strategic insight, depth of analysis, and clarity.

A unique Mergers & Acquisitions Case Competition. The case presents a challenging scenariodesigned to unlock your full potential by providing a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions. Participants with outstanding knowledge in corporate finance and strategic management will have the greatest potential for success.
Guidelines:
- The event invites college students from diverse institutions and academic disciplines.
- Inter-college teams are allowed.
- Inter-specialization team members allowed.
- Virtual sessions on fundamentals of Mergers and Acquisitions by Industry experts.
- One case study based on Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Round 1: An Online quiz Assessment based on Mergers and Acquistions
- Round 2: Case study submission starting from 5th August 2025 till 13th August 2025
- Round 3: Top 10 teams present their case to the jury through an online presentation.
Rewards:
- The top 3 teams will be awarded cash prizes, with other monetary incentives also.
- The top 10 teams will receive monetary incentives only.
Rules:
- No age limit.
- At the time of this competition, it is necessary for the participants to be registered in an Institute.
- One participant can not be on more than one team. If found both the teams will be disqualified.
- All decisions and matters of eligibility, authenticity, and final judgment will be with the MnAnalyse organizers.

About Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati
- Established in 1994, IIT Guwahati is the 6th member of the IIT fraternity.
- The academic programme of IIT Guwahati commenced in 1995.
- At present, the Institute has eleven departments and five inter-disciplinary academic centres covering all the major engineering, science, and humanities disciplines, offering B.Tech, B.Des., MA, M.Des., M.Tech, MSc and Ph.D. programmes.
