Digital Art Competition: Stages and Timelines

All that you need to know about Digital Art Competition

Guidelines:

  • The Theme is 'Horror: Fear and Phobias'.
  • The competition will be held in online mode.
  • The submission deadline is 8th October 2023 EOD.
  • Participants need to be students from any college around India.
  • Participants have to participate in teams of 1. (This is the single participant Competition)
  • Exciting gifts for the top 3 winners!

Rules:

  • The final submission should contain 2 intermediate stages pictures of your work.
  • It should also include one time-lapse of at least 30 seconds.
  • Also, we would need the Complete original file of your work.
  • Submit your artwork, intermediate stages, and timelapse in a compressed zip file.
  • References are allowed (but points will be deducted), but directly copying the artwork is strictly prohibited, and if someone is found using them, their entry will be rejected.
  • Textured paint brushes (ex. acrylic brushes, Oil brushes, etc.) are allowed.
  • Object-based brushes are not allowed. ( Example: Brushes to draw leaves directly )
  • Extra +5/100 points will be awarded if there is a little animation/motion element in your artwork. (Similar to GIFs).
  • The submission will be made only through unstop after you have registered.
  • It should contain all the required parts of the submission for the entry to be valid.
  • Only a single entry will be taken as an evaluation.

General Guidelines:

Rendezvous, BRCA, and IIT Delhi follow a strict anti-discrimination policy. All participants are expected to refrain from any form of identity-based discrimination during the event.

Rendezvous strives toward making its events inclusive and accessible. Therefore, in case of any participants who have any form of benchmark disability or are gender non-conforming, then the participating team should inform the event POC in advance if any necessary arrangements are required to cater to the unique needs of the participants.

About Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi
