Description:
Are you a storytelling enthusiast with an eye for capturing moments that define the essence of "Rendezvous"? Get ready to dive into the world of visual storytelling with the offline Portfolio-making competition, where you'll transform the festival's vibrant energy into mesmerising photos.
Embark on a cinematic journey to encapsulate the heart and soul of "Rendezvous." Your portfolio should weave together the diverse threads of culture, art, and talent that make this festival iconic. This is your chance to interpret the theme creatively, showcasing your unique perspective and artistic flair.
Event Guidelines:
- In the case of any dispute, the organizer decision will be final and binding.
- The organisers are not responsible for the non-completion/non-occurrence of the event.
- The organizers have all right to cancel, reschedule, amend and postpone the show.
- The decisions of the jury/judges are final.
Registration: The participant has to register for the event through unstop portal.
The registration will close on 28th September.
For Final Comp:
- Max of 3 people are allowed in a team.
- The teams have to make a portfolio showcasing moments of Rendezvous.
- The portfolio should contain at max 10 photos.
- The photos must be clicked on day 1 and 2 of the event respectively.
- Entry should not contain any objectionable content, if found, entry will be disqualified.
- Any sign of plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
- Participants must provide a drive link containing two folders one for raw photos and another for edited ones and you should also submit your final portfolio in pdf format.
- Any changes to the metadata of photos will lead to disqualification.

- Relevance to theme and event:30%
- Compositon:25%
- Overall portfolio:25%
