McKinsey and Company is hiring for the Business Analyst Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Identify obstacles in a client’s approach and develop effective change strategies
- Conduct research, evaluate data, and brainstorm to generate novel ideas and innovative solutions
- Work closely with clients to resolve issues, enhance strategies, and implement changes
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree should be pursued
- Strong sense of ownership and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication in English and local office language(s)
- Ability to make logical decisions based on facts, data, and reasoning
- Capability to create work product-focused outputs (e.g., articles, Excel models, PowerPoint decks)
- Outstanding time management skills
- Willingness to take on assignments at short notice or outside regular business hours
- Ability to travel to and work in challenging or remote environments (e.g., hospitals, mines, industries)
