Roles:
- Promote Shaastra events and activities in your college.
- Organize SAMPARK in your college.
- Connect with tech clubs and students to boost participation.
- Play a crucial role in driving our outreach efforts, including event publicity, merchandise sales, and coordination of college activities. This internship offers generous incentives and an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, marketing, and leadership within the science and technology sector.
Responsibilities:
- Event Publicity: Refers to the strategies and activities involved in promoting an event to ensure that it reaches the target audience and garners interest.Research and identify potential leads, maintain a pipeline of participants and promote Shaastra events through various channels to increase participation.
- Merchandise Sales: Merchandise Sales involves the selling of products related to the event, organization, or cause.
- Event Organization: Event Organization encompasses the planning, coordination, and execution of an event to ensure it runs smoothly. Identify venues, organize events, and develop tailored event packages while building long-term relationships with college clubs and organizations.
- Collaboration: Collaboration involves working together with other individuals, organizations, or entities to achieve common goals.Work with event and marketing heads to align event efforts with overall business goals.
- Data Collection: Data Collection involves gathering and analyzing information relevant to the event or activity to make informed decisions. Gather and manage data related to event participation, providing insights for future improvements.
- Reporting: Reporting involves compiling and presenting information and findings about the event or activity.Track and report on event activities and outcomes to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
