Mahindra is hiring for the role of Manager - Talent Management!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop process guidelines for Talent Management (TM), and partner with business leaders / HR to enhance the experience.
- Manage hi-potential talent programs including People Conversations (Talent Management Reviews), partnerships with learning vendors, developmental assignments etc.
- Laise with Business leaders and HR for talent conversations, communication updates, and partnering for talent movements.
- Leverage technology (SF Talent Mgmt) and analytics (including dashboarding) extensively in bringing about process effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Provide tactical support for the development of solutions under the strong guidance of the COE Head.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR
- 2 - 5 years of experience
