Ever wondered how a simple sheet of paper can turn into a story?
Stories in Paper is a beginner-friendly, hands-on origami workshop that invites you to slow down, fold, and create with paper.
Conducted by Inomi Creative Labs, this interactive session is designed for anyone who loves creativity, storytelling, or simply wants to try something calming and fun during Literati Fest 2026, IIT Delhi.
What’s in Store?
In these short and engaging 45-minute slots, participants will:
- Learn basic origami folds
- Explore a brief history of origami
- Create classic paper models like paper cranes, boxes, organisers, and more
- Discover how paper folds can turn into stories and expressions
No prior experience required!
About the Facilitator:
- The workshop will be led by Ms. Priya Pakad, alumna of the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, and the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi, along with her team from Inomi Creative Labs. Expect a relaxed, friendly, and hands-on creative space.

- 4:00 – 4:45 PM
- 5:00 – 5:45 PM

- An autonomous statutory organization, IIT Delhi, is functioning in terms of the Institutes of Technology Act, 1961 amended vide the Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 1963 and the Statutes framed thereunder.

- To anticipate the technological needs for India and plan and prepare to cater to them.
- To prepare instructional resource material in the conventional as well as the audio-visual; the video and the computer-based modes.
- To interact with the community at large to inculcate in our country women and men a feel for scientific thought and endeavor.
- To cater to the development of a culture for conservation and maintenance.
- To organize our study programmes to prepare manpower also for self-employment and for the unorganized sector.
