1. Designation - Management level - Associate 

The required skill set for this designation is Query Management - Service Desk Non-Voice Support. The job location would be Gurugram . The candidate should be a graduate in any field with 1-3 years of experience. Individuals with skills of Customer Service Management and who are adaptable & flexible are required. Proficiency in customer service inbound will be a plus point. The roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Candidates are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
2. Candidates’ expected interactions are within their team and direct supervisor
3. Moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks will be provided along with detailed instruction on new assignments and the decisions that they make that would impact their work
4. Candidates need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders
5. They will be required to help in the overall team's workload by managing their deliverables and help the team when required
6. They will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work.

2. Designation - Management Level - New Associate

The skill required for this designation is Query Management - Service Desk Voice Support. The job location would be Bangalore. The candidate should be a graduate in any field with 0-1 years of experience. Individuals who are adaptable & flexible are required. The roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

1. In this role, candidates are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
2. Candidate’s primary interaction is within their team and their direct supervisor
3. They will be given detailed instructions on all tasks that need to be carried out, and the decisions that they make will impact their work
4. They will need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders
5. They will be working closely with project members to effectively deliver on the requirements
6. They will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined focused scope of work.

3. Designation - Management Level - Senior Analyst

The skill required for this designation is Data Visualization - Tableau. The job location would be Mumbai. The candidate should be a BE/BTech with 5-8 years of experience. Individuals with skills of Alteryx, Problem-solving skills, Ability to establish strong client relationship, Strong analytical skills, written and verbal communication, Ability to meet deadlines are required. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server will be a plus point. The roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

1. In this role, candidates need to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
2. Their day to day interactions is with peers within Accenture
3. They are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
4. They will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments
5. They will need to consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions
6. They will be expected to be constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance value for their respective stakeholders/clients
7. Decisions that are made by them will impact their work and may impact the work of others
8. They would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.
